We Move Chicago Summer Recap!

Published by Webmaster

Neighborhood Feature: Chicago Summer Recap

It’s been an amazing summer bursting at the seams with fun-filled festivals and endless opportunities to discover Chicago’s neighborhoods.

This summer we virtually explored Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Hyde Park and more. We visited Little Village’s Mexican Independence Day Festival and Parade and discovered local and national art talent through the Armitage Arts Festival. We found some new restaurants to try in Logan Square and noshed on hot dogs at the Chicago Hot Dog Fest. We learned more about Wrigleyville and celebrated Jackie Robinson West’s victory as they made the city proud.

Through our exploration of Chicago’s neighborhoods and their festivals, it’s plain to see that our city has a lot to offer. Each neighborhood brings its own unique characteristics and culture which builds up the cumulative culture and experience which is Chicago.

Although the leaves are turning colors and the wind is a little more brisk, we look forward to the change in season as it signifies new ways to discover Chicago. Stay tuned – we have more in store in the upcoming weeks!
