Ways to Pay Your Storage

Published by Derrick Spencer

Ways to Pay Your Storage. Keeping up with your monthly bills can sometimes be a science. Luckily, we provide 3 easy ways to stay on top of your storage bill and Pay Your Storage at all 4 of our self-storage locations!

Autopay–With our Autopay option all you have to do is sign up and you’ll never have to worry about late fees or missing a payment again! Your facility location will automatically deduct your monthly payment out of your account on the first of every month without you having to do a thing. This option can be chosen at the time of your rental agreement or any other time you would like to sign-up. Simply stop by the office or call in to your friendly facility manager and provide the card information we are to use for this option. Your information–just like your valuables stored–are always kept private in our secure database.

Online Bill Pay–For those of you who do not want to commit to the schedule of Autopay, we also offer a convenient online payment option for when you are ready. As long as we have your valid email address you can set up a personal account. You can find the online payment option, “Pay Your Storage,” on every page of our website. Once there, simply click on the map of your facility location and login onto Sentinel, our third party payment processor. (If you’re having a little trouble getting started, just give us a call. We’ll walk you through it!)

Call In–If you’re running short on time and want to make a payment so you don’t aquire a late fee, feel free to call in your payment. There is no charge for this option and only takes a few moments. And if you would like, we can keep the credit card of choice on file to make it even easier the next time you need to call.

You can always mail in your payment or deliver it in person to your self-storage facility. We are always happy to see you!
