Although tipping is greatly appreciated by anyone in the service industry, it is not necessary. However, if you feel our movers did as fabulous a job as we believe they do then a tip would be appropriate and received enthusiastically by your Moving Team.
-
What if something gets damaged during the move?
-
Every move we perform is covered by carrier liability. Additional insurance is highly recommended and available upon your request. We try very hard to protect your valuables while in our possession, however; if an item is suspected of being damaged we will do our best to provide a satisfactory result. Contact our office for more information regarding suspected claims.

-
How does your scheduling work?
-
Each Moving Team does on average, two to three moves per day. The first move of the day is scheduled between 8 am or 9 am and does not end until the last item on the truck is unloaded to its proper destination. The second and possible third job will then begin; however, although we do our best to estimate a start time, we ask that our afternoon moves have availability of two hours prior to and after the estimated start time. A logistics team member will be in touch with you throughout the day to keep you updated on estimated arrival times.

As a matter of fact, we are!

What are your rates?

Our hourly minimum is only two hours!
-
What payment methods to you accept?
-

-
Do you provide a receipt?
-
Yes, we will provide you with a bill of lading, i.e. a detailed list of a shipment of goods in the form of a receipt given by the carrier to the person consigning the goods.
-
How far in advance do I need to book my move?
-
The first and end of the month are always the busiest so we recommend booking in advance to make sure we have availability. With that being said, we do try our best to accommodate emergency moves when our schedules permit. If you have a last minute move, please give our office a call.
-
What if the actual time is longer or shorter than the estimate?
-
Upon arrival, your Moving Team Leader will do an initial walk-through with you. If it is more than previously discussed, your estimate will be adjusted on the scene. We recommend being forth right in all the valuables, boxes, and furniture you own so initially we can get a clear picture on the amount of time our logistics professionals believe to be appropriate for a successful move. Please keep in mind that outside factors such as traffic, bad weather conditions, etc., cannot be factored into your original estimate.
