The Positive out of the Negative: Aaron Bros Online Reviews

Published by Webmaster

Let’s face it; as consumers, we look to online reviews when choosing almost everything we do from movies to watch, books to read, and places to eat. We also look to online customer reviews when choosing service companies, including movers. Aaron Bros. Moving System, Inc. would like to take this opportunity to discuss our past reviews, our improvements, and why we encourage the great stories of your move on our company website.

We proudly have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau; however, we do have a handful of negative Online Reviews like most modern day companies. Firstly, we want to say a huge “Thank you!” to those folks who have taken the time to post their positive reviews of our company, services, and movers over the past few years. It makes all of us at Aaron Bros. very proud to see that we are aiding in new beginnings, one family at a time.

Aaron Bros. is also appreciative of the negative reviews we have received because they give us areas to improve upon. Each negative review previously posted was read carefully, re-examined, and dealt with on a company-wide scope. We took the opportunity to rectify individual cases and fulfill our promise for A+ service. For those individuals, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

When Aaron Bros. launched our new website and WeMoveChicago slogan we proactively responded to the negative reviews by addressing them within the company. Firstly, we increased our fleet, adding more experienced movers and additional, reliable trucks. Secondly, we extended our business hours, opening two hours earlier to make sure our movers get on the road on time everyday. We also adjusted our daily moving calendar capping the number of moving jobs booked per time slot so we do not overbook or overwork our Moving Crews. And finally, we stay online as much as possible so our customers have new information available through our blog posts, Facebook and Twitter accounts, and/or our info@wemovechicago.com, which is monitored by various moving specialists continuously throughout the day (and even into the wee hours of the night!)

So, to our wonderful customers–if you have an upcoming move scheduled with Aaron Bros. Moving System, Inc., please consider writing a review of our company, services, and your movers once we have you settled into your new home. If you are an existing customer and we have moved you recently, we invite you to post your positive review on our website here.

Thank you for your continued support Chicago! We truly appreciate your business and keep updating your Aaron Bros Online Reviews!
