Damage Claims Procedure (Or, How Aaron Bros. Will Fix It!)

 Damage Claims ProcedureWhen you move with Aaron Bros. Moving System, Inc., you move with professional movers who have over 40 years experience working in the moving industry. Our movers are hired with at least two years moving experience and are trained to pack and handle your valuables with the utmost precision and skill. However; in this business of transporting items, damages can occur. If it is at the fault of our company, we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue and bring your customer satisfaction back to its highest level within 10 business days.

If you suspect damage to an item after a move with Aaron Bros. you can proceed with the following:

1) If you observe damage to an item while the move is currently happening, notify the Crew Leader on your team of movers. He will make a note of this and record it for our Claims Department upon return. A Claims Representative will then contact you and direct you to the following steps.

2) If you find suspected damage after your Aaron Bros. move contact our Claims Department via email at Info@WeMoveChicago.com.

3) In your email please provide the following information: whether you purchased insurance for your goods at the time of your move and as many clear photographs of the item and suspected damage.

4) Our Claims Department will then fill out a Claims Form and submit it to you for your review via email.

5) Together, Aaron Bros. Moving System, Inc. and you will work together to find the most satisfactory resolution for the damage. We will either repair, replace, or work out a settlement for the estimated value of the damaged goods.

Aaron Bros. Moving System, Inc. strives to have damage claims agreed upon and resolved within 10 business days. We find that the above steps and clear communication with our customer allows for all parties involved to be satisfied.
